Sun-H2, the applications

The UAV system is an invaluable tool to ensure the monitoring of the atmosphere at high and average altitudes with a payload of observation material for infra-red rays and/or ultraviolet. It makes it possible to analyze the layers of the atmosphere where no monitoring currently exists, except balloon probes.
The multispectral teledetection with use of the environment (gas) or geology (study, research, identification of the composition of  ground, rocks and raw materials) is another example of scientific observation at lower altitudes, with lighter material, more precise, repairable, " upgradable ", and cheaper than that in the space required.

The other applications are numerous:

• Photographs, digital video at average and high altitudes.
• Follow-up of the evolution of erosion, the turning into a desert of the earth, deforestation, the changes of vegetation.
• Follow-up of the increase in level of water or temperature of basins, lakes, coastal zone, flood, sea, river to be envisaged or supervise...
• Road cartography, maritime, geological, urban...
• Cities register, parks, land use, types of agriculture, regional planning...
• Prevention, follow fires, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, chemical or nuclear catastrophies.
• Control pipelines, high-tension lines.
• Control nitrogen dioxide, CO2, pollution terrestrial or maritime.
• Monitoring of the borders to control clandestine immigration.
• Monitoring of seas: maritime infringements, tablecloths of hydrocarbons, maritime inventory of fixtures (coral, fishing...)
• Oceanography.
• Monitoring of cattle, natural reserves.
• Follow refugee movement, human or military concentration or terrorist activity.
• Clearing the ground of mines.
• Temporary relay of telecommunication at times of disaster areas.
• Study of material ageing in extreme mediums.
• Safety: discrete monitoring, silent operation, absence of radar signature by low heat emission - contrary to a thermal combustion engine.
• Air images for the cinema, television.
